Ubisoft has already delivered a great product as FarCry 4 with poor quality of technical support. Read this post to know why you should not waste the money in buying Ubisoft Product.



No doubt Far Cry 4 best on indian terrain and hindu mythology was a great game with a nice screenplay indeed. I bought this game and enjoyed it. But somehow i felt Ubisoft cheated me. So i thought to put all this on internet to show how unprofessional the Ubisoft is.




So it all goes like this:

problem. i  purchased the Limited Edition version of Far Cry 4 WITH leaflets containing codes for Hurk’s Redemption

WHEN I REDEEMED IT SHOWED VALID AND TRY TO DOWNLOAD 108KB SIZE FILE WHICH INTERRUPTED. NOW WHEN I was entering again getting an error message saying your code is


(I Have all the records and proof, if any one interested to sue Ubisoft then please leave acomment)

To resolve the issue.. I gave complaint to Ubisoft Support Desk, Below is my whole conversation with the worst Ubisoft support team, Please read how they wasted my 6 month and not even try to resolve the issue:

I went to my Xbox account and in purchase history Hurk's Redemption is showing. I added it in download queue. But during download it shows to download 108 kb file which never gets

download.

Seems you people are too busy and give no attention to your loyal gamers. No issue if problem is not resolved than Far Cry4 is going to be my last game from Ubisoft.

I discussed with xbox 360 team and found that there is no technical issue. Problem is Hurk's Redemption is not available on market place so it is never be going to download instead you


have to provide me redemption code for hurks deluxe which is available. Please find attached transcript with xbox team.

In order for us to be able to assist you further, please send me a screenshot / image showing the error message that you are encountering while trying to download Hurk's Redemption

from the Marketplace. If it would be possible, please also send us images showing front and back of your Far Cry 4 box and image of the leaflet showing your activation code.

Seems you are in a hurry and didn't read my last mail where xbox told that Hurk Redemption is not at all available on market place. So no download is possible and i am not getting any

error message. Please see attached purchase history of Xbox, Front and Back of Box and leaflet with code.


Hope its enough to get an outcome for my problem that how should i play Hurk Missions.

It has been 16 days of my complaint and 8 days of data provided to dev team. Let me know why the issue is so much complicated to resolved by expert team of UBISOFT which make

great game like Far Cry 4. As for me the solution is simple. Problem is UBISOFT sold hurk's redemption but same is not available in Xbox market place. So solution is simple that


provide me Hurk mission which is available in market place. Please give this update to your legal and sales team.

Seems that your dev team is not competent enough to resolve the issue. You must know that your support desk is just wasting the time. I think now it is the time to forward my complaint

Redemption content. This was raised with our devs that are in contact with Microsoft as this requires cooperation between our companies. I am unable to give a timeframe on this but

this is all the information available at this time. I know you want this fixed and I do hope this will rectified very soon.

I understand that you are just following duties of a company named UBISOFT run by some incompetent people. Who are earning their bread and butter when game lovers like us are

buying their games, still they dont give a damn to resolve the simple issues.

I have no problem if your top management is not interested to resolve the issue at all as in future i will avoid to buy Ubisoft games and will write a blog about cheating done by Ubisoft to

popularize it in social network. Legal option will always be open.

Tom i have compared Hurks redemption with what you offering. My Hurks redemption consists in 60 minutes of gameplay including, 3 extra missions and 1 exclusive weapon. Three

action­packed single­player missions featuring your pal Hurk (20 mins each).

And Whatever you are offering(Bloody Ruby Pack, the Yak Farm pack and the Driller pack) is 2 mission and 1 weapon. Therefore i request you to provide me Hurk Deluxe pack which
