Giving Remote Access on Google Meet to Students Easily

How to give remote access to your students? 

It covers how to give remote control of your computer and mouse to someone else in a Google Meet, or take remote control of their computer and mouse, for a teletherapy session or technology support or such. 


Please follow the steps given

Presenter/ Teachers End

1. Install Chrome remote desktop extension https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/chrome-remote-desktop/inomeogfingihgjfjlpeplalcfajhgai?hl=en


After installation open https://remotedesktop.google.com/support



2. Now Generate code


2. Send the remote desktop link to student on chat in following format

  https://remotedesktop.google.com/support/session/XXX

where XXX is 12 digit unique code


Eg.   https://remotedesktop.google.com/support/session/441192092969

(This is what you will be sending to student on chat screen)

Audience/Students End

3. When a student click the link it will ask him to connect your screen will be asked for permission.
